Mike's passion for machinery began at a young age, working alongside his father, Keith Kooiman, on tractors. This early experience laid the foundation for his future career. Enlisting in the military as a mechanic, Mike specialized in track vehicles and route clearance vehicles, honing his skills under challenging conditions. After his military service, Mike spent six years working for a John Deere dealership, where he gained invaluable experience and expertise.

In 2019, driven by a desire to provide high-quality, personalized service, Mike and Lacey decided to start their own business.
